[vlc] small typing error in french translation

there is a small typing error in french translation of the new VLC 0.8.5

go to "Vue" ("View") menu, you will see "Conttrôle VLM...", instead of 
"Contrôle VLM...", of course

il y a une petite faute de frappe dans la traduction française du récent 
VLC 0.8.5

allez dans le menu "Vue" ("View"), vous verrez "Conttrôle VLM...", au 
lieu de "Contrôle VLM...", bien sûr
