[vlc] Re: Padding Overhead of low bitrates

Hi

We are streaming H.264 with RTP and MPEG TS. At low bitrates, e.g. 128 
Kb/s, we noticed
a significant overhead (about 50%), mainly due to padding (bits set to 
1). Is there a way
to overcome the problem (besides compressing the stream ourselves)?
