[vlc] VLC stopping

Hi,

I am using the vlc player for streaming the live video and it going fine. 
And I am trying to capture the motion detection images and storing in to 
NAND flash. I am seeing the  vlc used to stop frequently and after 
restarting its starting again.

When I open the debug window, it has a bunch of lines saying 'Late picture 
skipped' lines and 'PTS is out of range'.

Can anyone suggest what can be the issue?
