TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN (this means YOU):

Insulting volunteers will get you nowhere and is merely a reflection of
your own egocentrism and stupidity.

We did not sell you anything, so as far as I know, we do not quite owe
you anything.

Ooooh, now I am very afraid. We might loose sales... err wait, we don't
sale anything. But if you want to tell the rest of the world that you
are disabled enough not to be able to use VLC (I have to say even my
litte sister has been able to use it to read DVDs without any help), it
is your own decision, and we shall not interfere.

Well lying is indeed illegal. However we never pretended to be able to
read anything (which is in fact logically impossible). We even have a
list of stuff we know we CANNOT read:

And by the way, accusing people of lying is as illegal as lying. It
even has a name: libel.

We have no customers, since we don't sell our software. If you bought
it, it's not our fault. You may have been crooked by a third party.

And I can barely understand how you have to google for us, while you
seemed to have no problem downloading the software in the first place.

That's OK, we don't trade anyway. But anyway, I have to infer from the
numerous awards we have received that some people do think our program
is somehow functional, even though it is provided free of charge.
