[vlc] http streaming interface bug (with fix)

Hi all,

I've got a dreambox and vlc is used as the primary tool for streaming to
and from the dreambox. To stream to the dreambox you need to startup the
vlc client on your PC (windows/Linux/Mac) enabling the http interface
and then can use the client plugin on the dreambox to 'control' the vlc
on the PC.

However since vlc 0.84 this has broken. With some spare time on my hands
i tracked this down to the following bug - this is still broken in the
SVN i pulled yesterday. With the one line fix below, the functionality
is now back for the dreambox and (i guess) other clients using the http
interface. I believe the fix is correct.

Please apply.
Thanks
mitch
