[vlc] AVCHD m2ts files (VBR based TS)

Hi all,

I noticed that VLC doesn't yet support the new AVCHD file format that
sony and panasonic are creating in their new HD camcorders. From what I
can gather, the file formats is a variable bit rate form of a transport
stream. And in the case of their HD cams, it contains AVC codec HD video
and AC3 audio.

If anyone would like some samples (besides the few that already exist
when you search) I can create them at various bitrates. Just ask me at
vlc at kensystem.com
