I'm not sure to understand:

- You made a configuration for VLC in german and you'd like to add it to
  the VideoLAN website ? If yes, send it to us or a link to it, and
we'll add it to the Wiki (wiki.videolan.org) or the doc section of the
website.

or:

- You already send it and it hasn't appear on the website. It might have
  get lost. Could you resend it or point  the date and message where you
sent it.
