[vlc] Repeat buttons set

Hello,

I've created a small set of buttons (not yet finished - they need the
MacOS look now like

The idea would be to make only one triple state button instead of our
pulldown menu (cf. http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/191). feel free
to comment and criticize them ;)
