[vlc]streaming delay

Hi list,

When I send stream from camera via UDP I notice there is a quite big delay(1.5 s). 

I searched forums and found that setting udp caching at client side on zero might help(--udp-caching=0).
I also find that parameter  --sout-udp-caching=0 at server-side might help to improve delay.

Ok. But latency is still quite unpleasant(about 1 s).  So Are there any other possibilities to lower delay?
