[vlc] drift is too high and late buffer for mux input

hello..

I am using vlc 0.8.6-svn in my debian sarge and this is my command :

vlc -vvv --color
v4l:/dev/video0:adev=/dev/dsp2:norm=pal:size=320x240:frequency=647250:channel=0:audio=0
:sout="#transcode{vcodec=DIV3,acodec=mp3,scale=0.75

audio and video stream can play at WMP9

but this is the debug message at terminla command line:
