[vlc] Regarding axvlc.dll

Hi,

I am using VLC ActiveX plugin in my webpage. I have an encoded (custom) file
and want vlc plugin to play that file.
I have my streaming server that can sends encoded data of that custom
file to vlc plugin, also i know how to decode that encoded data to a
standard audio format (say Wav) . So it is it possible to modify vlc plugin
accordingly so that i can write my decoding logic and give vlc plugin what
it expects so that it can play.
