[vlc] ActiveX in Iexplorer Kiosk Mode

Hello,

after I installed plugin version 0.8.6.a I have a problem with my 
embedded ActiveX controll.
I found out, that the controll does not work if you start the browser in 
kiosk mode.

When I start my browser in kiosk mode from a desktop link with the 
following contents:
"C:\Programme\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -k 
http://mywebserver/videos/vlc.html

A DOS box opens with the following message:

The command line options couldn't be loaded, check that they are valid.

Press any key to continue...

[00000001] main private debug: saving plugins cache file C:\Dokumente 
und Einstellungen\udo\Anwendungsdaten/vlc/cache/plugins-04041e.dat
