[vlc] audio files not fully played

Hello,

I have a problem. When I try to play an audio file with a low bitrate,
the beginning of the file isn't played at all. I already tried to put
a pause at the beginning of the file, but that didn't help.

I think it is a bug in vlc.

My audio files are there:

The problem is most critical with the Speex files, but the Vorbis
files are also affected.
