If there are real use cases, we should probably create a WHITELIST of "safe" 
options that can be parsed from M3U files - afterall the ASX playlist parser 
does add some safe options already.

I would however very strongly object against re-enabling sout by default. I 
would expect PID is a TS demux option, right?
