[vlc] Update Files

Hello VLC Team . . .

I'm new to VideoLAN. I just downloaded the latet update files - there are 4
files downloaded, I really want to know how to use each of the files. I
already know about the "announce" one, I just don't know how EXACTLY to use
the other three.

Please advise,
