[vlc] VLC OUTPUT

Hi Hope you can help i have my PC linked to my TV by DVI cable when i play a film via VLC it plays on pc monitor but not my TV everything else i display on my pc monitor displays on my TV. Vlc control panel shows on the tv screen and sound is there but no picture. Thanks
