[vlc] Regarding Compiled VLC code

Hi,

I tried to build VLC code because i am suffering Pause problem with VLC but
I am unable to build it. It will be very kind of someone if someone can mail
me compiled zipped code of VLC and settings info. Or if someone can send me
information regarding exactly how to build the code. I am using VC 6.0 on
windows.
