[vlc] 2 windows opened on VLC 0.9

Hello,

I asked this question on the forum so, sorry for this repetition :(
I have two windows opened when i launch vlc 0.9 (win xp).
One console with the svn version and the classic vlc windows.
i've tried a lot of options in the command line to disable the dos
console window but with no effect.
I'd like to know in fact if the dos console is a window usefull for
developpers (so no possibility to disable it) or just a problem with my
configuration or a real bug
