[vlc] VLC 0.8.6a and .m2t streams problem on Vista RC1

Hi all,

yust to let you know that VideoLan player 0.8.6a (latest version) display
just a black window during playback of .m2t (mpeg2 mp at h14 1280x720 25p) 
videos under Vista RC1.

VL 085, instead, works correctly.
