[vlc] RTSP authentication regression in 0.8.6.a?

Hi!

I am trying to use VLC to access RTSP stream from MPEG4 Transcoder box
(ACTi SED 2120). On Windows 0.8.5 works without any problems as
entering:

rtsp://username:password@ip4address:port/

from the Open Network Stream menu works and shows the video without.
Yet on 0.8.6a on Windows and Linux that just produces errors. Bellow
is the full log from Linux (error messages on Windows are identical).
