[vlc] Outgoing VLC...

Hello !

    VLC can open a distant videoURL through an .asx file.
    But such .asx request a lot of Outgoing connexions, not only the one to call the video, but other that are not secure.
    What could be sent to a remote through VLC with those Outgoing connexions?
