[vlc] Compiling vlc / windows

Hi !

I'm trying to compile vlc under windows using cygwin, it works fine, but 
when i'm trying to put a plugin that I compiled into a binary 
distribution, I get an crash starting vlc.

Is there a special option/way to compile under windows to get plugins 
works with binaries distributions ?
