[vlc] Looking For student to work on VLC

STMicroelectronics is proposing a 6 Months Training period
in Paris for last Year Msc Student

The subject of the training period will be to port VLC
under Windows CE 6.0 and Windows Mobile 6.0
platform for ST chips

Students  should have a working permit for  France
and should speak French or  English fluently
