[vlc] Streaming of MPEG-4 streams with VLC

Hello

We have a Verint Video over IP hardware encoder called S1700e-T. This
encoder has an analog video input. This input is converted to digital and
compressed with MPEG-4 by the encoder. The generated MPEG-4 stream is ISO
14496-2 compliant and supports Simple Profile.

We now want to stream this video with VLC but we have not been able till yet
to capture the generated stream and to display it on the monitor.

Has anybody an idea, what the problem is?
