[vlc] VLC NEW APP for V4l2(uvc) cameras

Hi,
For those that might not be on the UVC list, there is a new app that
allows VLC to be used with V4L2 cameras.

The Author says;

The app is really new but it works with my Logitech Fusion.
Just do not expect things like doco yet:)
