[vlc] Fix a52 over spdif in alsa

Hi,

in VLC Version 0.8.4a:

 * Fix a52 over spdif in alsa

This Version works fine. All upcoming versions have this bug or another again.
All Versions after v0.8.4.a SPDIF is not working anymore. (Linux only)
There are different threads in the Forum. So this bug exists now a long time, so did you recognize this?
