what is the format of your files ? (MPEG-2 TS, MPEG-2 PS ?)

Did you try VideoReDo ?

I checked the video files are only named mpeg but in extended infos there 
are following data

Stream 0
Codec: telx
Typ Untertitel (subtitel)

Stream1
Codec: mpgv
Sprache
Typ Video

Stream 2
Codec: mpga
Sprache Deutsch
Typ Audio

Stream3
Codec a52
Sprache Deutsch
Typ Audio
------------------------------
In chapter infos:
main debug
decoded 104/108 pictures
output date isn´t PTS

Thats what i found to this matter
