[vlc] VH Screen Capture Driver

Has anyone used the VH Screen Capture Driver (
http://www.hmelyoff.com/index.php?section=8 ) with VLC ?

Everytime I try I end up with a
"Please tell Microsoft about this problem." ( Send Error Report ).

Does this indicate the problem is within VLC or the VH Screen Capture Driver ?
