[vlc] open VLC (player or ActiveX) from a remote computer

 When I open an UDP streaming source (encoded with Exterity encoder 
in TS), if I open the VLC directly in the receiver PC with every user 
of it (using Win32 application or activex), I can see video and audio,
 but, if I open VLC (player or ActiveX) from a remote computer, I can 
hear audio but I see a black screen as video.
