[vlc] minimal vlc build

Hello All;

I am trying to build a minimal custom VLC using the 0.8.6a source code
on a x86 Linux platform.

I need to have the sub-filter "time" and "marq" modules enabled. I am
afraid while disabling other configure options, I inadvertently removed
the sub-filter capabilities as well.

Could anybody tell me whether these modules are built by default, or
there are ./configure dependencies?
