[vlc] VLC problem with MPEG 4 decoding

Hi Xperts.

Well i have a *.mpeg4 file. Well, when i tried to play the same with VLC,
looks like it doesn't play?  Initially i got and error while Parsing

" waiting for sequence start " ==>  in modules/packetizer/mpegvideo.c .

But since its a mpeg4 file, it should have been processed by
modules/packetizer/mpeg4video .c  ?  Below are some of the messages.....

// Note# At this point it doesnt does anything and starts looking for VOL(
Is that Video Object //Layer?). And As it doesnt gets that, it just reaches
EOF and exits ?

[00000224] main packetizer debug: removing module "packetizer_mpeg4video"

Kindly correct me if i am wrong,
File/open --> Parsing-->packetiser-->demux-->decoder ( w.r.t decoding)
Is the above line correct in operation with VLC?

Kindly let me know what can be done to rectify the same.
