[vlc] Encoder box for streaming to VLC

I hope I did this right.

Their are tons of encoders on the web but I have no
idea which one to buy.  Does anyone have suggestions
for a dedicated hardware encoder box that works well
with VLC player on a PC?

I need to stream to Unicast from 3 encoders to a PC
running multiple instances of VLC player. I like mp4,
wmv, or h.264. H.323 might be a bonus....
