[vlc] KNC-1 Astra 19.2 tuning problem

What a difference Christophe !! All channels are now working great, 
thank you!

But how is it possible that many channels were working fine, even with 
wrong symbol rate settings? This is what sent me into the wrong 
direction, believing that it had something to do with my disk set-up.
