[vlc] VLC streamming freeze with divx 5 bvop

Hello,

I try to view MPEG-4 Trough EasyBox/freeplayer, it works for most of them,
 Except for some i built as follow:

    1/ capture using WinAvi and transcode directly to divx one pass
    2/ cut/past using Virtualdub directly (without transcode)

the symptom is that the picture and sound freeze quickly at the start.
But if i use vlc on the PC XP i can see them correctly

It seems to be a streaming problem !

I can say that when freezing occurs:
    1/the CPU usage is about 2%
    2/the message are continuously displaying:
        "access_output_udp debug: packet has been sent too late"  
    2/Statiscs shows:
        UDP packets are effectively stopped

I join VLC message file and details of MPEG4-file characteristics.

Is this codec isn't still supported by VLC ?
If so when will be supported ?
