Yes, how very helpful, to point yet again to those worthless instructions. The only problem is, for at least the past year or so, they do not work. The system is broken. When you try and confirm your decision to unsubscribe, minutes after receiving the confirmation string, you receive the following:
The results of your email command are provided below. Attached is your
original message.

Ignoring non-text/plain MIME parts
Invalid confirmation string. Note that confirmation strings expire
approximately 3 days after the initial subscription request. If your
confirmation has expired, please try to re-submit your original request or
message.
