After try an try i can do it, here is a sample

add /mnt/files/multimedia/pelis/snf.avi
:sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=128,scale=1}:
     duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=mp4,url=/home/agustin/salida.mp4}}
