[vlc] Compabitities vlc and asterisk

[BLANCHET Maxime]

I try without "mux=raw", raw is by default in the module rtp, but it
doesn't work...
Nothing with ethereal and nothing in client...

However, there are webcam video on the server...

Anybody has already try this?
