[vlc] problem w/ VLC media player when playing a mpeg file

Dear VideoLan team, I have a technical problem on playing a mpeg file with your VLC media player.  It's weird that the file can only be played the sound but no picture.  I have installed all codec in my PC.  Would you please help on this matter?  Thanks! Regards,Samuel
