[vlc] No Windows VLC 0.9.8a ??

Greetings....
 
Loving VLC and have been for a long time.

HOWEVER, the current wesite says:

"VideoLAN Security Advisory 0811  2008-12-03
VLC media player versions 0.9.8 and older suffer from a critical buffer 
overflow vulnerabilities. Refer to our advisory 
<http://www.videolan.org/sa0811.html> for technical details. Fixes for 
this issue is available in VLC 0.9.8a. We strongly recommend all users 
to update to this new version."

BUT, the current Windows binary download is:

vlc-0.9.6-win32.exe

Looking on the actual download server at:

/pub/videolan/vlc/0.9.8a/win32

the VLC 0.9.8a file is missing ?

is the VLC 0.9.8a download available for Windows, and if so, where?  It 
does not seem to be mentioned at all on the Downloads web page.
