I just did this and its not as hard as it might seem :)

First open the terminal (ALT+F2) and then do this to fix the key issue

Then still in terminal

    su -
    rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-8.rpm
    yum install vlc
    yum install python-vlc mozilla-vlc
