[vlc] NOT SPAM: VLC AVI Issue

AVI is just ike ZIP or RAR - no one knows what it is inside

Why do You know it is good ?
What programs do play it ok ?
What os the format of it (can check with mediainfo.sf.net or gSpot or  
whatever alike) ?
