[vlc] h264-rtp,do not use TS mux

[do manh doan]

i want to stream real-time data from webcam by vlc with following descriptions;
codec :h264
rtp module of vlc
and without using ts mux,i only want to  NALUs to be  encapsulated directly into in RTP packets 
Sender is VLC-0.8.6c and streaming is successful .But receiver  which is VLC-0.8.6c can not  play RTP stream sent from sender
has anyone  modified source code of vlc to play h264/RTP stream yet ?
