[vlc] Not able to hear Audio for my Video

Hello there,

regrettably, there is no way for you to fix this issue, as the audio  
codec used for 3GP files is proprietary and no (legal, in our  
interpretation) open-source implementation of it exists at the moment.

You may want to try a QuickTime-based application such as iTunes or  
QuickTimePlayer to play it, as these are supporting it.
