[vlc] Unable to Connect to Shoutcast

Thank you for the amazing VLC media player.
I am writing please to request your help in solving this problem I have been
encountering each time I attempt to get connected to shoutcast:
'http/shout-winamp://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/newtvlister.phtml?alltv=1'.
I am using the latest update VLC media player 0.8.6d.  My e-mail address is
