[vlc] vlc on Palm?

Hello Rainer,

VLC isn't ported to Palm OS and won't be because Palm OS doesn't support any
serious kind of threading. As a normal VLC playback instance requires about
15 threads, this means there won't be any port ever, basically. Sorry.
