[vlc] Streaming of live audio

   - File
   - Open
   - Direct Show
   - Video Device: None
   - Audio DeviceL Configure
   - Select Line In
   - Save Stream
   - Record something and later playback to ensure vlc could take input from
   Line in.
   - Afterwards, instead of saving stream, choose RDP
   - VLC has 4 manuals. Find more details from there.
