[vlc] Re-routing of VLC's video buffer

Hey everyone,

I'm streaming raw video data between two VLC instances using UDP/RTP.  
Would it be possible on the target machine to re-route the received  
video signal into a third-party application, say, for example the  
Windows Media Encoder? WME itself cannot receive RTP streams and afaik  
supports only DirectShow-enabled device drivers. Is there any virtual  
video device driver based on DirectShow that can obtain and re-use  
high-definition video data directly from VLC's video buffer?
