[vlc] 0.9.0 translation deadline

	Hello,

Sorry to bother the users list with developper issues.

The VLC 0.9.0 release is expected sometime around mid-august. Translation 
files need to be updated beforehand, otherwise they will not be included. 
This is a rather long task, so I do not expect a three weeks notice will not 
be too much. Especially during the traditionnal vacationing period in many 
north hemisphere countries.
