[vlc] GPLv2 in source code but links to GPLv3 on the vlc website

Hello vlc team,

By browsing your website, I've found out it always pointed to the GPLv3 
license (that is the http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html url). But when 
downloding sourcecode of the 0.8.6h version of vlc, the COPYING file 
says vlc is under GPLv2. I think you should make this point clear on 
your website by pointing to the GPLv2 webpage: 
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html.
