[vlc] Windows Mobile 6

Hello,
 
I work in Indra (Spain) and nowadays Indra is supplying Videos in FLV format for English Lesson.
I can not find "VCL media player" for my Mobile Phone (HTC 3300). is it there in any web site?
The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.
